    If you're interested in serving in ANY ministry activity involving minors, we'd like to get to know you better. In the best interest of those who need our protection the most, this approval includes a pastoral interview, reference checks, a background check, and safety training.

  • BACKGROUND CHECK

    Radius Church mandates that most individuals volunteering at the church undergo a criminal and sexual offense background check. This background check WILL NOT APPROVE you to work with minors. If seeking to work with minors, go to Child Work Approval.

  • MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD

    Anyone driving on behalf of Radius Church must be 24 years of age or older and undergo a driving history review. Reach out to your ministry leader to initiate this process for you.

  • MODEL RELEASE

    This release should be obtained for any individuals who will be modeled in Radius Church’s or it’s ministries’ publication(s) or video(s). Send the following link to the individual (or guardian) who needs to submit a model release.
